Where do we ship from?

All orders are shipped from Pipersville, PA. Average standard shipping transit time is 3-4 days while some rural and remote areas may experience longer delivery times, up to 6-8 days.

How fast will I get my order?

We strive to ship all orders within three (3) business days, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. During peak season these shipping time frames may experience delays.

We are currently shipping about 10-15 business days due to our summer promotional period. Please plan accordingly!

Is there a minimum order amount?

In order to maintain wholesale pricing, we ask that customers maintain an order level of at least $250. Orders for less than $250 may be accepted, subject to a “below minimum” service fee.

Are There Any Other Minimums?

Some items require a minimum quantity to be ordered. These items default to the minimum on the product ordering page and should not be changed. If you order less than the minimum while using a wholesale account, our MSRP will be reflected and charged in your cart.

How much will my shipping be?

The shipping cost for wholesale orders are calculated on a per order basis. An additional charge will be made to the credit card on file for the final billed shipping costs at the time of shipping.

How Often Does Pricing Change?

We try to keep price changes to a minimum. When they are required, our best effort is given to publish changes once per year. There may be circumstances where pricing is changed without notice.

Payment Options?

You can pay with PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

Effective January 1, 2023, a 3% credit card surcharge will be added to wholesale orders. To avoid this fee customers are invited to apply for NET 30-day terms. Please request an application from our sales team and select to pay by check or ACH to take advantage of payment terms. Customers in CT and MA are exempt from this fee. If paying by debit card, please contact the office for card validation and this fee will be waived on your account.

When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged when your order has been picked, packed and is ready to ship. We will not charge you for items out of stock.

How are our cookie cutters measured?

We measure the longest horizontal or vertical dimension of the cookie cutter, whichever is greater. All measurements are nominal and intended as a reference guide only.

Do you take product suggestions?

Yes! We love to hear from our customers any suggestions or ideas, please send us an email at [email protected]. We also run contests through our social media accounts for our customers to design their own cookie cutter. Be sure to check out our Facebook and Instagram for additional details:

Use and Care?

We recommend you hand wash and dry thoroughly all R&M products in warm soapy water before and after each use. Our cookie cutters should not be put in the dishwasher. Please see individual product descriptions for specific use and care instructions.

Yes, we make shipments to Canada and service many customers in the area.

What About International Shipments?

R&M makes shipments outside of North America, but additional shipping and handling charges may apply with extended delivery times.

Return Policy

At R&M International, we pride ourselves on delivering quality products at a great price, all the time. If you, for any reason, are not satisfied with your purchase please contact R&M International at [email protected] for details regarding a product return.

Please report any receiving discrepancies or shipping related damages within 7 days of receipt.

A customer service representative will be in contact with return instructions within 2-business days (holidays excluded). Any promotional discount on your original order will be recalculated when issuing a return. Please note that any clearance items are not eligible for return.

Returns without prior authorization will be refused.

Returns requested due to reasons other than product quality satisfaction may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
